MYIR’s MYC-JMX95X is a SMARC 2.2 System-on-Module based on NXP’s i.MX95 processor. The module features six Cortex-A55 cores, Cortex-M7 and Cortex-M33 auxiliary cores, a 2-TOPS NPU, LPDDR5 memory, eMMC storage, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a range of high-speed expansion interfaces.
The MYC-JMX95X uses the NXP i.MX95 MIMX9596XVTXNAC, featuring six Arm Cortex-A55 cores operating at up to 1.8GHz, a Cortex-M7 core at up to 800MHz for real-time workloads, and a Cortex-M33 core running at up to 333MHz for system management. AI acceleration is provided by an integrated eIQ Neutron NPU rated at 2 TOPS INT8, while graphics are handled by an Arm Mali-G310 GPU.

Expansion is routed through a 314-pin connector compliant with SMARC 2.1 and 2.2. Interfaces include two RGMII Ethernet connections, PCIe Gen3, two USB 3.0 host ports, two USB 2.0 host ports, USB 2.0 OTG, dual CAN FD, four UARTs, two SPI, two SAI, three I2C, SDIO, MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, HDMI, and dual LVDS outputs.
MYIR notes that some signals are multiplexed, so not all listed interfaces can necessarily be used simultaneously.

Display support includes two LVDS channels together with MIPI-DSI, while HDMI is provided by converting the MIPI-DSI interface through an LT9611 bridge. According to MYIR, HDMI output supports resolutions up to 4K at 30Hz. The module also exposes a four-lane MIPI-CSI interface for camera connectivity.
Measuring 82 × 50mm, the module uses a 12-layer PCB and operates from a 5V/2A supply. It is specified for an industrial operating-temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
